FAQs

  • The Treehouse is available to rent in two, four and eight hour blocks starting at $75, $135, and $250 with an additional charge for larger groups. Please email us to inquire about the specific needs and expected group size.

  • The Treehouse is furnished with
    - 20 chairs
    - 8-foot table
    - Floor pillows
    - Projector and screen
    - Whiteboard
    - Wi-Fi
    - Water station

    Renters and attendees have access to the Heart Stone parking lot as well as ample on-street parking nearby.
    The Treehouse has access to bathroom facilities, located adjacent to or within the rental space.
    For rentals of 4+ hours, use of the kitchen in the Main House is included.

  • The Treehouse can comfortably seat 25 people. It may be used for the following:
    - Group therapy
    - Yoga or movement-based wellness
    - Trainings and workshops
    - Small performances or readings
    - Retreats or community events

    Noise is a consideration due to counseling offices being on the floor below.

  • Paying for Your Reservation
    We make it easy to confirm your rental! You can pay by:

    • Square Invoice – We’ll email you an invoice with a secure payment link (credit/debit card or ACH).

    • Venmo – Send payment to @HeartStoneCounseling. Please include your name, date of rental, and space reserved in the payment note.

    Once we receive your payment, your reservation is officially on the calendar.
