VIRTUAL MINI-WELLNESS WORKSHOPS

Bimonthly 45-minute virtual wellness workshops facilitated by Janet Steady, Heart Stone Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. These workshops are offered on a pay-what-you-wish basis, with a suggested contribution of $10, to support broad access to wellness education.

DOUBLE ENROLLMENT DISCOUNT — $25

Clients who enroll in two groups or a group and a workshop with overlapping dates may receive $25 off the second registration.
Overlap is defined as at least two weeks of shared dates.

FREQUENT FLYER DISCOUNT — $25 / $50

Clients who attend two or more groups in a calendar year may receive $50 off their next group. Clients who attend two or more workshops in a calendar year may receive $25 off a future workshop.

GROUPS & INDIVIDUAL THERAPY AT HEART STONE

Clients who are actively engaged in individual therapy at Heart Stone Counseling may receive $20 off the group fee when enrolling in a group. This option is intended to support integrated care while keeping group participation accessible.

REFER-A-FRIEND CREDIT

Clients who refer someone to a Heart Stone group or workshop may receive a $25 credit toward a future group or workshop after the referred person attends. Referred clients may receive $20 off their first group or workshop.
