OUR SERVICES

Group Therapy

south portland

Group offers a special benefit that cannot be replicated in other ways.

Communities have healing power. Connecting and sharing one’s own experiences with others who are facing similar challenges can diminish feelings of isolation and shame.

Our groups currently meet in-person, upstairs in Heart Stone’s Carriage House at 967 Broadway.
We conduct groups on a rotating basis, based on interest.
