Values

Stories Shape Us – We are not our problems. Healing begins when we re-story our lives with compassion and hope.

Embodied Healing – The body holds wisdom. Through presence, movement, and creative expression, we make space for release and restoration.

Living into Values – Growth is not about perfection, but about aligning more deeply with the life each person wants to live.

Together in Practice – Therapy is a collaborative journey. Connection, curiosity, and care guide us toward new possibilities.

You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.
— Rumi

It is just a rock

rounded out by millions of years of friction, but maybe it can also be a cue to slow down and connect to beauty and love.

It is such a small thing. To allow the reel of your mental preoccupations to be interrupted by the sight of a heart-shaped thing—frost crystals on the windshield, an oil stain on the asphalt, a creamy swirl in your coffee, a melted place in the snow. Once you see the first heart, your eyes might start to catch more heart-shaped stuff.

Just like that, whether it is the pause and the noticing or the meaning that gets assigned, there is a space that wasn’t there before and you are present to love that was there all along.
