“The only way out is through.”
Hi, I’m Becca. I’ve always been drawn to both the science and the poetry of what it means to be human. My path to becoming a therapist grew out of an early love for psychology and the expressive arts—fields that helped me make sense of life’s transitions and inspired a lifelong curiosity about how we change, heal, and grow.
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist, I work with individuals ages 10 and up navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges. I also offer support to individuals affected by a loved one’s substance use and those living with co-occurring conditions.
My approach is relational, creative, and strengths-based. I draw from mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, body-oriented, and humanistic therapies, integrating the healing power of the arts wherever it’s useful. I believe that therapy is a collaborative space where we can slow down, build trust, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that know how to move forward.
Clients often describe our work together as grounding, supportive, and spacious. I want each person I meet with to feel safe, respected, and seen. My hope is to help you reconnect with your inner resources—so you can share your gifts with others and ripple your healing outward.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a parent to two incredible kids and a joyful crew of rescue animals. I love gardening, spending time by the ocean, making mixed-media art, and noticing beauty in unexpected places—like the quiet intelligence of an octopus or the colors in seaweed at low tide.
