Healing Circle for Women – 6 Week Group
Healing after trauma and loss is possible. In this small, supportive circle, you’ll learn skills to calm your nervous system, explore new ways of relating to your experiences, and reclaim the meaning of your survival. Together, we’ll make space for every part of your story—the sadness, anger, fear, and numbness—while also nurturing stories of courage, sweetness, and strength.
