Meet Janet
Janet Steady, MS, RDN, RYT brings nearly 30 years of expertise in nutrition, yoga, and body image recovery. She offers compassionate, personalized coaching to help clients navigate change, heal from grief, and foster personal growth. Blending deep listening with practical, evidence-based guidance, Janet supports individuals in reconnecting with body, mind, and spirit. Through one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and restorative retreats, she creates a safe, empowering space for transformation.

Individual Coaching Session (60 min) — $100
Personalized 1:1 support with Janet.4-Session Package — $360 ($90/session)

1:30pm- 4pmMany of us carry complicated relationships with our bodies — struggling with trust, acceptance, or old patterns that take up more space than we want. This 2.5-hour workshop offers a safe, restorative space to begin exploring body image with compassion and community. Through journaling, gentle movement, and circle practice, participants will be introduced to 8 principles of body image recovery and leave with tools to continue the journey.

Optimizing Mental Health with Nutrition & Self-Care Practices
These bimonthly workshops explore practical, evidence-based ways to support your mental health through nutrition and everyday wellness practices. Janet blends her expertise as a registered dietitian and yoga teacher to offer simple strategies for nourishing your body, steadying your mind, and building resilience. Each session includes education, discussion, and take-home tools you can begin using right away. Available both in-person at Heart Stone and virtually for accessibility.
